Information about the introduction of temporary restrictions on leaving Russia for men of draft age is untrue and constitutes disinformation, according to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Department for Combating the Illegal Use of Information and Communication Technologies (UBK).

The agency clarified that similar fake messages are being actively distributed in various regions of the country, particularly in the Perm Krai, Murmansk Oblast, and Stavropol Krai.
