The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR) announced that an attack on the building of the regional FSB department took place in Novosibirsk. According to the GUR, the incident occurred on October 3, 2024, when unknown assailants threw a bottle with a Molotov cocktail at the window of the special service, which caused a fire.

According to a report by Ukrainian intelligence, a window in the FSB building was knocked out before a flammable liquid was thrown in. At the moment, the Russian side has not commented on this incident and there has been no official information about the fire in the media.

In the video footage published by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, one can see that an unknown man actually attacks the object, trying to set it on fire.
