Sirens blared in Poland amid Russian cruise missile strikes

Early in the morning, residents of the Polish town of Lubartowa in the Lublin Voivodeship heard alarm sirens. Mayor Krzysztof Pasznik confirmed that the alarms were activated on orders from the Poviat Crisis Management Center.

"The warning signals were issued after receiving information from the Poviat Crisis Management Centre," - Pashnik stated in an official statement.

According to him, the measures were taken as part of standard procedures for alerting the public to potential threats. Residents are advised to remain calm and follow further instructions from local authorities.
