On September 3, as a result of the attack on the training center in Poltava, about 500 specialists were killed and wounded, among whom were not only servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the National Guard, but also foreign mercenaries. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Ahead of All", citing unnamed high-ranking military sources.

According to the source, the victims included communications specialists, operators of electronic warfare (EW) systems, electronic intelligence, and drone operators. In addition, the strike caused serious damage to a group of foreign mercenaries, including citizens of Poland, France, Germany, and Sweden. These specialists were training Ukrainian military personnel in the use of sophisticated weapons systems and intelligence technologies.
