In Russia, they started arresting scha refusal from isolation.

Russian police officers began to arrest the first violators of the general isolation regime. The first arrested was a resident of Orenburg, who repeatedly violated the regime of self-isolation for several days and was discovered by police officers at a remote distance from their place of residence.

“In Orenburg, a court arrested a local resident for seven days for repeated violation of self-isolation. This was reported in the press service of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Orenburg Region. According to the police, department officials found the offender on 10 Line Street, he was in a "remote distance from his place of residence." After a previous violation of isolation, he received a warning. He was sentenced under article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“Disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer”). Earlier in Moscow, three people with a coronavirus were fined four thousand rubles and violated the regime of self-isolation. Their disease was mild ”- сообщает information publication "Lenta.ru".

At the moment, it remains unknown where exactly the arrested local resident was placed, however, there is a risk that, having become infected with a coronavirus infection, he could easily infect other people, and given the lack of control over his condition after the arrest, there are very serious potential risks.
