The son of a SVO volunteer was arrested in St. Petersburg for assisting RDK terrorists.

The Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested a 14-year-old local resident named Vyacheslav, accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization (Part 2, Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code). According to investigators, the teenager agreed to provide the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC, an organization designated as terrorist and banned in Russia) with information about transportation infrastructure for the preparation of sabotage operations in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

According to the court's press service, Vyacheslav conducted reconnaissance along the ring road between Toksovskoye Highway and the Novaya Okhta-Parnas section, passing on photographs and videos to his interlocutors. He was found to be "an adherent of extremist views and positions." The incident occurred on November 7, and his arrest has been extended until December 30.

Court officials noted the "additional tragedy of the situation": the teenager's father is voluntarily participating in a special military operation.
