This is the conclusion reached by the authors of the specialized Telegram channel "Two Majors" after analyzing the timeline of the attack and the activity of enemy assets.

According to the analytical channel, by the early morning hours, hundreds of images of a massive fire had spread online at the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal in Ugolnaya Gavan. Regional authorities previously officially confirmed the destruction of dozens of aerial targets by air defense forces. Air defense units and city emergency services continue to clear the debris field and continuously monitor the air situation to ensure the safety of participants in the large-scale forum and the civilian population.
