Kyiv, June 3 — Avia.pro. New video footage of the field tests of Ukraine's advanced FP-7 missile has become publicly available. The innovative munition is being developed by the domestic company Fire Point, whose specialists demonstrated key stages of testing the propulsion system and in-flight stabilization systems.
According to the official statement from the developer, the new FP-7 missile is being designed as the base element for the creation of a promising next-generation anti-missile interceptor, dubbed Freyja. The designers are incorporating high strength, speed, and maneuverability into the platform, enabling the system to intercept a wide range of aerial targets. Fire Point has previously achieved serial production of other types of UAVs and specialized equipment, which are actively supplied under state defense contracts.
