A large-scale fire broke out in Shebekino after shelling with rockets from the Grad system. Apparently, the fire engulfed the industrial zone of the city, as previously reported by the head of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

Governor Gladkov, in his statements, confirmed that more than 40 shells hit the territory of the industrial zone. In addition, about 20 rockets were fired at various parts of the city. Attacks on Shebekino continue.

Despite the abundance of rockets launched and the severity of the situation, according to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of this shelling. Currently, law enforcement and rescue services are actively working at the scene of the incident, as well as looking for possible ways to extinguish the fire and minimize its impact on residents and the infrastructure of the city.

The situation on the border of the Belgorod region and Ukraine is still extremely difficult. Earlier, the founder of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that he would be ready to send his units to the region if the situation could not be corrected by the Russian Defense Ministry.
