An unknown group tried to undermine a large convoy of American military equipment in Syria. According to a number of data, a powerful explosion thundered 15 meters from a column of 6 armored vehicles of the US Armed Forces. As it turned out, a high-power improvised explosive device went off on the route of the American military convoy.

At the moment, the Avia.pro news agency has information that there were no casualties as a result of the detonation of an improvised explosive device, however, the lead armored vehicle received some damage, which, however, was not critical. According to preliminary data, the explosion occurred in advance due to an error, since the explosive device was artificially activated.

To date, none of the groups has claimed responsibility for the attempt to undermine the American military convoy, however, according to a number of assumptions, the attack could have been carried out by Kurdish formations opposed to the American presence, since the United States did not support the Kurds living in Iraqi Kurdistan after repeated attacks from Iran.
