The Federal Security Service (FSB) for the Sverdlovsk Region announced the cancellation of its "preemptive response to a possible drone attack." This was reported by the FSB press service.

"The threat has been eliminated by the Russian Ministry of Defense's air defense forces. There were no casualties or damage.", the department’s official statement reads.

Earlier that day, several defense plants in Yekaterinburg were evacuated due to the threat of an air strike. Additionally, local residents reported mobile internet disruptions with the Motiv mobile phone provider. The company confirmed to Ura.ru that it had imposed the restrictions independently based on orders received from the authorities.
