The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has announced possible plans by the West to introduce a so-called peacekeeping contingent of up to 100 people into Ukrainian territory. As reported by the agency's press office, this decision is being considered as a means to achieve the West's strategic goals on Ukrainian territory.
According to the SVR, the possible contingent will be represented by military personnel from NATO countries, and the territory of Ukraine will presumably be divided between several states. The Black Sea coast may come under the control of Romania, the western regions - under the control of Poland, the central and eastern regions - Germany, and the northern territories, including Kyiv - Great Britain.
"The territories that are supposed to be distributed between the occupiers have been determined: the Black Sea coast - Romania; the western regions of Ukraine - Poland; the center and east of the country - Germany; the northern regions, including the capital region - Great Britain," - the SVR indicated.
The department noted that these plans are being implemented under the guise of a peacekeeping and stabilization mission, but in fact they will mean the division and occupation of Ukraine.
“Naturally, this will be done under the guise of deploying a ‘peacekeeping contingent’ in the country,” — the SVR emphasized.
In Ukraine and Western countries, information from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service is not being commented on.
