The Telegram channel "War Correspondents of the Russian Spring" reported the discovery and destruction of NATO equipment that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) were allegedly preparing for a breakthrough near Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region. According to the channel, the Ukrainian side had been preparing a counterattack for a long time, hiding Western armored vehicles in an underground tunnel near Kupyansk-Uzlovaya. The equipment was specifically designed to protect against FPV drone attacks, indicating meticulous preparation for the operation.

Reconnaissance personnel from the Russian Armed Forces discovered the shelter, after which all the equipment was destroyed using fiber-optic-guided drones. The Russian FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky" was reportedly used for this operation, which, according to the authors, is resistant to electronic warfare (EW). The destruction of the enemy armored group was confirmed by video footage published by the channel, showing explosions in the tunnel.
