Another emergency occurred in the city of Toropets in the Tver Region: local residents report a powerful fire and detonation that occurred after an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the fall of UAV debris. According to them, the target of the attack was ammunition depots. Footage from the scene quickly spread across social networks, confirming the scale of the destruction.

According to information published by ASTRA, the target of the attack could have been the military unit of military unit 54169, stationed in Toropets. This military unit had previously been attacked by drones: the first incident occurred on May 5, when a drone fell on the territory of the unit, causing a fire. The second attack was recorded on June 29 - then two UAVs were aimed at the facility, which also led to an explosion and fire.
