In the Tyumen Region, a new article will soon be added to the Administrative Code, introducing fines for photographing and videotaping the aftermath of drone attacks. This was reported by the regional government's information center.

"Mechanisms for enforcing the ban are currently being developed. Furthermore, a new article will soon be added to the Tyumen Region Code of Administrative Offenses, providing for fines for violating these requirements." — the information center explained.

The ban on filming and distributing videos and photographs of unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as air defense and electronic warfare systems, online and in the media was introduced on April 27, 2026. The corresponding decree was signed by Governor Alexander Moor. These restrictions were adopted to ensure public safety.
