In Ukraine, they talked about the purchase of "hundreds of fighters", but there is no money yet

Ukraine boasted the purchase of hundreds of fighters, but forgot that they have to pay.

The Ukrainian side announced a grand rearmament of its own army, saying that by 2035, hundreds of new fighters, drones and new transport aircraft will be in service with the country. The development plan turned out to be incredibly grandiose, however, in Ukraine they suddenly remembered that there were absolutely no funds for its implementation.

“The Ukrainian authorities plan to spend a record 200 billion hryvnias - $ 7,5 billion at the current exchange rate - to upgrade the fleet. We note that the entire military budget of Ukraine for 2020 is a little more than 100 billion hryvnias ”, - quotes information from "RIA Novosti", referring to the data of "Defense Express".

According to analysts, at one time Ukraine will not be able to acquire such a large number of combat aircraft and drones, and the acquisition of fighters in batches will lead to the fact that until the plans are realized, the first combat aircraft and drones delivered to Ukraine will already need to be repaired.

“Such ambitious plans can be realized only if a large amount of funds is available, however, Ukraine does not have the latter, especially since the combat aircraft in service with Ukraine already need to be repaired, and this, quite obviously, also requires the injection of significant amounts. Obviously, we have decided on the plans in Kiev, but we forgot that we have to pay for it ”, - the expert marks.

200 lards to 35 years. For 20 years, 100 lards were laid. Well, what's the problem?

In my opinion, everything is simple, I recall my childhood and a simple training notebook in a box, out of it came out 20 drones-gliders that could carry a pair of matches or an ant pilot. In my opinion, they simply forgot to specify which class and format the new aviation will be. that's the whole problem, no need to escalate, take it as it is :)
