Attacks on critical infrastructure facilities were recorded in Uzhhorod, Zhovkva, and Ivano-Frankivsk.

On the afternoon of May 13, 2026, several western regions of Ukraine were hit by airstrikes, damaging energy and critical infrastructure. According to Ukrainian media and journalists, explosions occurred in Uzhhorod, Zhovkva, and Ivano-Frankivsk.

According to Ukrainian journalist Glagola, strikes on critical infrastructure facilities have been recorded in Uzhhorod. In the city of Zhovkva in the Lviv region, power outages have been reported following a strike on a similar facility. Several powerful explosions have also been reported online in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Earlier, on the night of May 13, Russian drones launched strikes in Lutsk, targeting the Security Service of Ukraine building, as well as in other regions. In response, Ukrainian forces conducted massive drone attacks throughout the day in Russian regions, including Crimea, Moscow, Tula, Ryazan, Vladimir, Kostroma, Novgorod, Bryansk, Smolensk, Tver, and Pskov regions. Information on the consequences of the evening strikes is being clarified. No official statements have yet been received from the Ukrainian authorities.
