In the Voronezh Region, large fires are being extinguished for the second day. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fires have spread over large areas, including near the village of Yamnoye, where the fire has been localized over an area of ​​50 hectares, and in the area of ​​the Kalach farmstead, where the fire has already spread to 70 hectares. The situation remains difficult, aviation, as well as additional firefighters and rescuers, have been called in to fight the fire.

Against the backdrop of these events, unconfirmed information is emerging that the large-scale fires may be caused by the actions of the Ukrainian military. In particular, a version is being discussed about the possible use of flamethrower drones, which, according to a number of sources, have previously been used in other areas. Although there is no official confirmation of this information, similar cases have been noted previously, which raises certain concerns among local residents and authorities.
