Vyazma, June 14 — Avia.pro. A serious emergency involving civilian infrastructure was recorded in the Smolensk region, which was subjected to an overnight attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles.

According to official emergency services, fragments of a Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicle destroyed by air defense forces fell on a residential building in the city of Vyazma. The burning structural components fell, causing the private home to instantly catch fire.

A local elderly woman, who was inside the building at the time of the incident, was injured. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and rushed the victim to the nearest hospital. Doctors currently assess her condition as stable.
