Spanish authorities do not confirm the murder of Kuzminov

The current situation surrounding the death of Maxim Kuzminov, a former Russian pilot who flew a helicopter to territory controlled by Kiev, is acquiring new details that only increase the fog of mystery around this incident. According to information from Ukrayinska Pravda, based on sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, it is assumed that Kuzminov was killed after inviting his ex-girlfriend to visit. The events took place in Spain, where Kuzminov moved, preferring not to stay in Ukraine.

The information field around this case is confusing and contradictory. On the one hand, there are reports of a burnt-out car being found near the scene of the incident, which may indicate the escape of the liquidators. On the other hand, Spanish official structures, including the Civil Guard, have not yet confirmed the fact of Kuzminov’s murder, which raises additional questions.

Adding to the ambiguity are inconsistencies in media reports, in particular disagreements over Kuzminov's age and the circumstances of his death, as well as the deletion of news and the lack of official comments from Spanish authorities. At the same time, the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Andrei Yusov, confirmed the death of Kuzminov, which makes the story even more confusing.
