Ukrainian authorities have handed over to the United States and Great Britain a list of potential targets in Russia that they plan to strike with Western weapons, Reuters reported, citing unnamed European diplomats. The document lists strategic facilities such as command centers, fuel and weapons depots, and other key military infrastructure.
