Military correspondent reports on shortage of human resources in Kursk direction

Military correspondent Yuriy Kotenok shared his assessment of the current situation in the Kursk direction, noting that the military actions in this section of the front are increasingly reminiscent of a "push-pull". Despite the fact that the Ukrainian forces do not have a significant advantage, the troops are facing serious difficulties associated with a shortage of human resources, which complicates the implementation of the command's operational plans.

Kotenok stressed that the main problems are not a lack of equipment or artillery, but rather a lack of personnel. According to him, although there are sufficient artillery weapons and the shortage of shells is gradually being overcome, the key factor holding back the progress of Russian forces is the lack of a systemic solution to increase the number of troops.

"There is enough artillery, we are more or less overcoming the shell shortage with varying degrees of success, we are trying to do something about fpv. Good, bad, but it is clear that solutions are being found. The problem is that there is no systemic solution for personnel. Lack of people! Because ... there is no one! And this is the main problem," - said the Kitten.

At the same time, the war correspondent’s words raise a number of questions, since it was previously reported that large Russian forces were located in the Kursk direction.
