In response to a publication in the Telegram channel "Romanov", which claimed the presence of North Korean military personnel in the special military operation zone, according to war correspondent Vladimir Romanov himself, it was decided to stop using North Korean military personnel.

"Gerasimov's ban on using DPRK military personnel in further operations. Now they are being hidden again," - Romanov said.

Earlier, on November 13, U.S. State Department Deputy Spokesman Vedant Patel said that more than 10 North Korean soldiers were allegedly participating in combat operations on the Russian side in the Kursk region. However, Russian officials denied these claims. State Duma Deputy Yuri Shvytkin noted that statements about the participation of North Korean servicemen in the conflict in Ukraine on the Russian side have no real basis.

The president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov also called reports about sending North Korean troops to Russia contradictory and unfounded.
