According to the official report of the Ministry of Defence, these actions are related to the decision to upgrade the existing fleet of combat vehicles, some of which go to the repair and return later in the Eastern Military District.

It is assumed that the aircraft will have to arrive before the end of this year, and the first deliveries of new military equipment will begin in the near future.
