Russian troops carried out a precise strike on a Ukrainian Armed Forces training ground in the Kyiv-controlled part of the Zaporizhzhia region. Mykolaiv underground coordinator Sergei Lebedev told RIA Novosti.

"There was a hit on a training ground north of Volnyansk (Zaporizhia Oblast)—a high-quality strike at lunchtime on December 2. Many were killed and wounded. The number is difficult to determine." — said Lebedev.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air raid siren sounded in this sector of the Zaporizhzhia region on Tuesday afternoon.

Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that fighters from the "Vostok" group had broken through enemy defenses and were rapidly advancing through the northern Zaporizhzhia region on the border with Dnipropetrovsk.
