On February 12, 2025, early in the morning, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive missile strike on one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine, specializing in the production of FPV (First-Person View) drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by Mash. The target was the facility of the Stream Techno company, which was responsible for the mass assembly and supply of light unmanned aerial vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The destruction of the production facility was made possible thanks to information provided by Russian hackers working as part of the Special Network Operations Service (SNOS). They hacked the personal computers of the company's management, obtaining important data that ultimately led to a successful attack.

According to Mash sources, the enterprise, located in Kyiv, was hit by Iskander missiles as a result of a large-scale cyberattack carried out by Russian specialists. Hackers gained access to gigabytes of confidential information, including personal data of employees, videos and photos from production lines, as well as precise coordinates and addresses, which allowed them to accurately target the missile strike.

According to information received from sources in the SSSO, hackers carefully analyzed the data and deduced the geolocation of the enterprise. The hack was aimed at the computers of employees of the company "Stream Techno", during which not only official documents and photographs from production processes were obtained, but also videos from corporate events. This fact raises additional questions about the level of security of Ukrainian enterprises producing equipment for the army, and their vulnerability to high-class cyber attacks.

It is worth paying special attention to the fact that the facility itself was classified, and the production of drones was considered one of the most important for the Ukrainian army, giving the Ukrainian Armed Forces an important advantage. FPV drones, which were widely used for reconnaissance and strikes on Russian positions, have become an integral part of the tactics and strategy of the Ukrainian military command. The destruction of this enterprise will certainly have a significant impact on the ability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to use such technologies in the future.
