Ukrainian Armed Forces lost almost all Bayraktar TB2 drones

The effectiveness of Bayraktar TB2 drones in NWO conditions turned out to be negligible.

In September 2020, shortly after the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Kyiv purchased the first batch of Bayraktar TB2 unmanned vehicles from Turkey, which left a noticeable mark on the history of the Caucasian conflict. Then, in 2022, during the military operations, Ukraine received about 50 more of these drones. However, as it turned out, their combat effectiveness was somewhat exaggerated, according to an analysis of the American edition of Business Insider.

It is noted that Bayraktars turned out to be a powerful tool against Armenia, mainly due to the lack of electronic warfare (EW) and air defense (Air Defense) systems in the Armenian forces. However, this approach did not work with Russia. The Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces) quickly destroyed most of the Turkish drone fleet.

Now Kyiv uses the remaining drones in service, but their tasks are limited only to observation and reconnaissance. The Ukrainian army is being cautious, afraid to risk the last Bayraktars.

The RF Armed Forces successfully use air defense and electronic warfare systems to detect and destroy drones. According to statistics that the journalist had access to, Russia destroys up to 10 drones every month, including those produced in Ukraine and Western countries.

Apparently, the destruction of Bayraktar TB2 drones confirms that the effectiveness of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in a modern armed conflict can greatly depend on the capabilities of the enemy's defensive systems.
