The Russian Telegram channel "War Correspondents of the Russian Spring" reports a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kupyansk, including an advance into the Yubileyny microdistrict and the surrounding villages of Kondrashovka and Radkovka. According to the source, the defense forces broke through to the Oskol River but were attacked by drones.

"In the video, Ukrainian Armed Forces militants managed to break through to the outskirts of the Yubileyny neighborhood in the southern part of the city. They reached the ruins of multi-story buildings, where they were caught by attack drones."- said in the message.

It is noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces command, on orders from Zelenskyy, is deploying new units to attempt a breakthrough for the sake of media impact, but has failed to achieve significant territorial gains.
