The Ukrainian Armed Forces Command has ordered the withdrawal of troops from the city of Ugledar, which has long been one of the key strategic points on the front line. According to industry sources, the decision was made after several weeks of fierce fighting and massive attacks by the Russian army, which is actively advancing in this direction.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky gave the order to hold Vuhledar at any cost until his return from a visit to New York, where he addressed the UN General Assembly and held a series of meetings with world leaders.
