The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled Gorlovka and Donetsk with NATO ammunition

The Ukrainian military shelled the cities of Gorlovka and Donetsk, firing a total of 13 shells with a caliber of 155 millimeters. According to information provided by the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination on Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC), the attacks occurred in the morning and afternoon.

The first shelling was recorded at 08:45 Moscow time and was directed from the territory of the village of Dzerzhinsk towards the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, where four shells were fired. Five minutes later, at 08:50, three shells hit the Petrovsky district of Donetsk from the direction of the village of Zhelannye Vtoroe. The same direction became the source of three more shells fired at 11:15 into the same area of ​​Donetsk. At 14:15, three additional shells with a caliber of 155 millimeters hit the Kirovsky district of Donetsk.

Gorlovka, located 50 kilometers north of Donetsk, is a significant industrial center with the Stirol chemical concern and coal mining enterprises located there.
