The Russian army has introduced a new tactic of attacking military targets in Ukraine.

According to on-site evidence, the munition was seen in the sky over Sumy for almost an hour, forcing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) to use all stocks of man-portable air defense systems.

More powerful air defense systems were previously redeployed by the Ukrainian military command to the Kharkiv region, as well as to those areas where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting active hostilities. This created favorable conditions for the operations of Russian aviation in the airspace over Sumy.

Despite the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine used all the stocks of portable anti-aircraft missile systems, the Ukrainian military failed to shoot down the Geran ammunition. As a result, he successfully hit the Ukrainian ammunition depot. It should be noted that earlier the use of such tactics was not recorded.
