President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Ukrainian armed forces have advanced 30-35 kilometers deep into the Kursk region of Russia. According to Lukashenko, Kyiv does not demonstrate any intentions to conclude peace negotiations, which, however, was previously stated in Kyiv, noting that concluding agreements on Moscow’s terms is not being considered.
“They are not ready for any peace and continue to escalate tensions. Two days ago there was an attack in the Kursk direction, where they advanced several tens of kilometers, 30-35 today. They're digging in there," - said Lukashenko.
The situation in the Kursk region, as of noon on August 10, 2024, still remains very difficult. The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to attempt to carry out attacks in order to seize new territories and settlements.
