Ukrainian troops have probably begun actively implementing a plan to attack Rylsk in the Kursk region from the city of Glukhov. This was initially reported by the Ukrainian Telegram channel "WarZone". A significant group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, numbering about 15 thousand people, is concentrated in this direction, which may indicate the preparation of a large-scale operation.

Additional suspicions about the imminent offensive were heightened after several hours ago it became known about the forced evacuation of residents of several settlements in the Sumy region, including the city of Glukhov itself. Experts note that such an evacuation could be part of the preparation for a large-scale counterattack, the key goal of which is to ensure the safety of Ukrainian citizens, as well as to prevent leaks of information about the movement of Ukrainian troops.
