Rosaviatsiya imposed temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft at Saratov (Gagarin) Airport and Penza Airport on the morning of November 11.

"Temporary restrictions on the entry and exit of aircraft have been introduced. These restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety." — a department representative reported at 8:16 a.m. at Saratov airport and at 8:44 a.m. at Penza airport.

Residents in the regions are reporting sounds reminiscent of drone overflights. No explosions have been recorded so far. No official information has been released regarding the reasons for the restrictions other than security reasons.
