Flight restrictions have been imposed at Vladikavkaz and Grozny airports following the drone attack.

Rosaviatsia announced temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft at Vladikavkaz (Beslan) and Grozny (Severny) airports on the morning of November 12.

"Temporary restrictions on the entry and exit of aircraft have been introduced. These restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety." — the agency’s representative said in a statement.

Local residents of Chechnya are reporting sounds reminiscent of drones flying over the republic's territory. This comes amid ongoing drone attacks on Russia's southern regions, including the North Caucasus, recorded by monitoring resources on the night of November 12.

Regional authorities and the Russian Ministry of Defense have not yet provided any official information regarding the reasons for the restrictions other than security concerns or the consequences of the incidents. The situation remains under the control of emergency services.
