Cambodian Air Force received the last batch of helicopters Z-9.

26 November 2013. Multi-purpose twin-engine helicopters Z-9 received the Cambodian Air Force. This was the last batch, which was delivered to them by the Harbin Aviation Corporation.

Putting 12 helicopters, the program can be considered complete. Chinese Z-9 will replace the old Mi-17 and Mi-8.

All cars Cambodia planned to get back in the summer 2013 year, but in July they delivered only two vessels, postponing the delivery of the remaining 10 to November 2013.

Z-9 is assembled according to the project of AS-365N Dauphin-2 helicopter (Eurocopter company). In the near future, Cambodia plans to purchase more Z-9W helicopters, which are equipped with HJ-8 missiles, whose firing range is 4 thousands of meters.
