On April 23, 2025, an incident occurred in the Moscow-City business center in Moscow, causing panic among local residents and office workers. Three loud explosions thundered in the open parking lot near the IQ-quarter tower, followed by a fire. According to the SHOT Telegram channel, the cause was three cylinders with a flammable substance, presumably propane, which detonated due to strong pressure. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow clarified that construction materials caught fire over an area of ​​about 30 square meters, and not cars, as was initially assumed. There were no casualties, and the fire was localized thanks to the prompt work of emergency services.
