Explosions in Crimea: Two ferries were damaged as a result of Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes in Crimea

Residents of Kerch reported a series of 20 explosions that rocked the city. Unconfirmed videos began to appear on social networks, allegedly capturing the moments of the explosions, but the authenticity of these images has not yet been confirmed.

Later it became known that two ferries, a car and a railway, were damaged as a result of the debris of the downed missiles. This was announced by the adviser to the head of Crimea Oleg Kryuchkov with reference to the Minister of Transport Nikolai Lukashenko. According to Kryuchkov, missile debris damaged the glazing of the ferries' superstructures, but no casualties were recorded among sailors or civilians.

“While repelling an enemy attack on the transport infrastructure of the city of Kerch, two ferries - a car and a railway - were damaged from the debris of downed missiles - the glazing of the superstructures was damaged. There were no casualties among sailors or civilians. Once the damage is assessed, ferry service will resume. We ask you to remain calm and trust only verified information.", - said Kryuchkov.
