As a result of the drone strike on residential buildings in Ramenskoye, Moscow Region, significant damage was recorded in one of the buildings on Sportivny Proezd. According to Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov, 102 of the 54 apartments in the building were damaged. On Vysokovoltnaya Street, where a drone strike also occurred, five balconies were damaged, but the fire did not spread inside the apartments and the fire was quickly extinguished.
According to the governor, the main task at the moment remains ensuring the safety of residents and eliminating the consequences of the attack. Due to the discovery of drone debris on the ground, which may contain explosives, a decision was made to evacuate residents of five neighboring houses for demining. Specialists are working at the scene, checking the area for possible threats.
The evacuation is being carried out with all precautions in order to avoid civilian casualties. Residents of the damaged houses have been temporarily placed in temporary accommodation centres, where they have been provided with everything necessary for comfortable living while the consequences of the incident are being eliminated.
