The full bail amount of 140 million hryvnias has been posted for Andriy Yermak.

Former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, is expected to be released from pretrial detention soon. According to Ukrainian media, citing the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, his bail, totaling 140 million hryvnias, has been fully posted. This information was confirmed by the Baza Telegram channel.

Yermak was arrested on May 14, 2026, for two months in connection with the laundering of 460 million hryvnias. He is suspected of involvement in a corruption scheme involving the construction of the elite "Dynasty" cottage community in the village of Kozin near Kyiv.

Yermak himself denies any wrongdoing. He stated that he doesn't have that kind of money and is hoping for help from friends. Several public figures participated in the fundraising. Ukrainian media previously reported that the first major contributions included 30 million hryvnias from former head coach of the Ukrainian national football team Serhiy Rebrov, 8 million from Roza Tapanova, director of the Babyn Yar Nature Reserve, 6,5 million from Yermak's lawyer and classmate Serhiy Sviriba, and 5 million from his lawyer, Igor Fomin. According to several sources, a significant portion of major Ukrainian businesses also joined the fundraising effort.

Since the full amount of bail has been deposited into the account of the High Anti-Corruption Court, Yermak is scheduled to be released from pretrial detention. He is, however, required to comply with procedural obligations, including wearing an electronic bracelet and a ban on communicating with other defendants in the case.
