Two hours before the explosion, there was a similar incident in Krasnogorsk - residents called the police, but they didn't show up.

Two hours before the tragic explosion that resulted in the loss of a 10-year-old boy's fingers in Krasnogorsk, residents of the neighboring Komsomolskaya Street, 15, reported a suspicious incident. As local residents told the Telegram channel "Beware, Moscow" on November 12, 2025, at 18:00 PM, a loud bang was heard on their playground, causing children aged 9-11 to flee in panic.

The incident occurred two blocks away from where, later, at 20:00 PM, a boy picked up an explosive device disguised as a wad of cash containing a 10-ruble note, leading to his hospitalization in serious condition. The Investigative Committee has already opened a case of attempted murder against the minor. Residents now speculate that the explosion may have been related to the testing or planting of a similar device, but without official confirmation, this remains speculation.

Law enforcement officials have launched an investigation, including analyzing CCTV footage. Local authorities are increasing patrols of children's areas following a string of incidents involving suspicious finds, including recent incidents in Mitino and on Nizhegorodskaya Street.
