During the day, the Belgorod region was attacked by at least 10 drones

The Belgorod region faced a serious threat over the past 28 hours when more than ten Ukrainian drones attacked the region, according to the head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov. The attack was part of a wider series of attacks in which the Ukrainian army shelled five border areas, firing XNUMX artillery rounds and using drones to drop explosive devices.

There were 107 attacks reported Monday, according to the governor's office, indicating a temporary decline in attack activity on Tuesday, but not a decline in the use of drones as a means of attack. In particular, in the Grayvoronsky urban district, five mortar shells were fired at the outskirts of the village of Spodaryushino, as well as kamikaze drone attacks, which, fortunately, did not lead to casualties or serious damage.

In the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, mortar shelling affected the outskirts of the village of Terebreno, where arrivals were also recorded without consequences for civilians. In the same area, an attack was carried out by four kamikaze drones.

In the Belgorod district, two Ukrainian drones attacked the village of Zhuravlevka, and in the Volokonovsky district, near the village of Golofeevka, an aircraft-type drone was shot down by an air defense system. In the Shebekinsky district, in addition to drone attacks, six mortar shells were fired at the village of Leninsky, as a result of which one local resident was injured, who received medical assistance on the spot. Three households and an agricultural enterprise were also damaged.
