Syrian militants have published video and photographic footage of the attack on the Russian military in Syria. Contrary to the statements of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation that we are talking about a small explosion, on the presented photo and video materials you can see that in reality, we are talking about an explosion of a large land mine, moreover, the only thing that saved the Russian armored vehicle from destruction was that the explosion took place on a distance of several tens of meters, although even in this case, the vehicle of the Russian military suffered so much that it could not move independently.

A fragment from the video of the militants shows that we are talking about the explosion of a large-caliber high-explosive ordnance, as evidenced by the huge fireball formed at the detonation site. Given the fact that the explosion occurred without direct contact with the equipment, it is obvious that the mine was detonated remotely, as evidenced by the fact that the militants, being at a great distance removed their attack on the Russian military.
