Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy may launch a new counteroffensive to cling to power, according to correspondent Christoph Wanner.

According to him, Zelensky is "losing ground" and is ready to make any sacrifice to extend his tenure.

"Zelensky values ​​power much more than people's lives," — stressed the journalist.

Vanner noted that criticism of the president is growing in Kyiv amid military setbacks and economic problems. The correspondent believes a new offensive would be a desperate attempt to reverse the situation and bolster the leader's image. Official Kyiv has not commented on the forecast.
