Zelensky sharply responded to Lukashenko's remarks about "kindness."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy harshly criticized Alexander Lukashenko's statements about his "kind attitude" toward the Ukrainian people. In an evening video address, he recalled Minsk's role in the Russian invasion.

"Lukashenko has become too talkative. We don't need his 'kindness' to the Ukrainian people when it arrives at 4 a.m. along with missiles."Zelensky said.

The reason for this was Lukashenko's recent interview with Belarusian media, in which he claimed that Belarus "has never been Ukraine's enemy" and has always treated its neighbors warmly. Zelensky called these words cynical, given the use of Belarusian territory to attack Ukraine.

An official response from the Belarusian side has not yet been received.
