Zelenskyy emphasized the Ukrainian side's intention to thoroughly study this mechanism.

"They formulate it in 20-point terms. It's like Article 5. That is, akin to Article 5 in NATO." — he said, commenting on the details of the document.

Regarding the prospects of membership in the alliance, the president acknowledged the skepticism of key partners.

"The US and several other countries do not yet see Ukraine joining NATO."Zelensky said.
