On the afternoon of November 11, the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk was attacked by Ukrainian drones, resulting in a massive fire with thick plumes of black smoke. Orenburg Region Governor Yevgeny Solntsev confirmed the attack on the industrial facility but did not provide details of the damage.
