Claps have been recorded in Sevastopol since the morning.

According to local residents, this morning a loud bang was recorded on the territory of Sevastopol. It is reported that in turn it was possible to hear sounds resembling shooting. Presumably, we can also talk about the work of air defense systems against an unknown aircraft.

“At 6.50 something luminous flew and a shot caught up with it and sparks rained down”, - say the locals.

At the moment, there are no official statements from the authorities of Sevastopol and the Crimean peninsula. In this regard, it has not yet been possible to confirm the information that we are talking about an attack by the Ukrainian military.

About a day ago, American General Ben Hodges said that he would not be surprised if the Ukrainian military tried to attack the base of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy in Sevastopol. This immediately prompted speculation that it was an attack by the Ukrainian military.
