A massive attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is expected on the night of February 13-14. It is not yet known in which direction the main attack will be carried out, but sources report that the enemy conducted reconnaissance in force in several directions simultaneously the day before. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Radar Smolensk".
Local residents have begun posting videos of a distinctive drone-like noise. In some areas, visual sightings of aircraft have allegedly been recorded, which presumably belong to the Ukrainian side.
According to information from open sources, the purpose of reconnaissance in force is to identify weak points of defense. Experts note that the enemy chooses the direction of attack based on the minimum risks for the UAV. It is possible that the attack can be carried out in several directions at once or dispersed.
In recent months, attacks using drones have become more frequent. The main targets of UAVs are military and infrastructure facilities, as well as strategic industrial enterprises. Experts emphasize that the use of such devices allows for pinpoint strikes, complicating the work of air defense systems.
Local Telegram channels and social networks continue to publish information about the movement of drones and the operation of air defense systems. However, there has been no official confirmation of this data yet.
