Rossosh News, December 13, 2025, Avia.pro. Local residents in the Voronezh Region reported a possible attack on the JSC Minudobreniya plant in Rossosh, which is owned by the Roskhim holding company. The plant specializes in the production of substances used, among other things, in the manufacture of ammunition and explosives.

The modernized facilities allow for the annual production of approximately 1,2 million tons of ammonia, over 550 tons of ammonium nitrate, over 1,2 million tons of nitroammophoska, over 850 tons of non-concentrated nitric acid, and up to 200 tons of process chalk.

There has been no official confirmation of the attack on the facility, although four Ukrainian drones were shot down over the region overnight.
